what drives me
Making an impact in my community
Beyond executive coaching, I’m passionate about creating change and empowering others. I actively advocate for education equality, supporting children with disabilities through legislation and mentorship. My commitment to lifelong learning and leadership development extends beyond the boardroom—I’ve worked on initiatives to provide school supplies to underserved communities in Guatemala and the Dominican Republic, ensuring that every child has a fair chance at education.
I believe that true leadership isn’t just about advancing in your career—it’s about lifting others as you climb.
